Content and Ideas
A. Submitting Content and Ideas
EGGREE provides features that allow users to make content and ideas available in connection with the EGGREE Sites. Any text in the Content should be in English. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all content and ideas that you make available in connection with any EGGREE website. You represent and warrant that (1) you have the authority to grant the rights in such content and ideas as set forth in these Terms of Use, including Section (B) below; and (2) such content and ideas and the use of such content and ideas do not violate any provision of these Terms of Use. This means that you are responsible for the legality, accuracy, appropriateness, originality, and your rights in such content and ideas.
B. EGGREES Rights to Use Content and Ideas
You grant EGGREE a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform and display (publicly or otherwise) any Content that you provide to the Make it available, in any medium or medium, and in any form, format, or forum now known or hereafter developed. You further agree that EGGREE is free to use any ideas for any purpose. EGGREE may sublicense its rights to Content and Ideas through multiple levels of sublicenses. EGGREE is not and will not be obligated (1) to keep any content or ideas confidential; (2) to pay compensation for Content or Ideas; or (3) to respond to content or ideas. You grant EGGREE the right to use any name associated with any content or idea you provide to EGGREE, although EGGREE has no obligation to exercise this right or otherwise provide attribution for any content or idea.
C. Prohibited Content
You agree that you will not provide any content in connection with the EGGREE Sites that:
a. is false, fraudulent, inaccurate or misleading;
b. contains your full name or other confidential, personally identifiable information of you or others;
c. violates any local, state, federal or international law or is otherwise prohibited;
i.e. is protected by or would infringe the rights of any third party (including EGGREE), including any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy, or other proprietary right, without the express prior written consent of the relevant owner;
e.obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable;
f. is, in EGGREE's sole discretion, derogatory, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person or entity;
G. bullies, harasses, degrades, or intimidates any individual or group of people based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
H. is violent or threatening or encourages violence against or actions that threaten any person or group;
i. contains advertisements, solicitations or spam links to other websites or individuals without EGGREE's prior written permission;
j. Contains or refers to chain letters or pyramid schemes;
k. impersonate any other company, person or entity, including EGGREE, its affiliates, employees and agents;
l. violates any policy posted on the EGGREE Sites; or
m.is intended to harm, damage, disable or otherwise disrupt the EGGREE Sites or our partners.
Seller Protection Policy
EGGREE's Seller Protection Policy provides more security for eligible sellers. If you are an eligible seller, EGGREE will help you resolve cases, investigate chargebacks and other issues your business is facing. This policy explains the steps you must take to become an eligible seller and the types of items and transactions covered by this policy.
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and you must comply with this Policy and Terms of Service in order to obtain Authorized Seller status.
1. Seller Eligibility Requirements
No application is required to become part of Seller Protection, all eligible sellers are enrolled in it. To ensure your business is covered, follow these steps:
1. Do not violate any EGGREE rules.
2. Fill out your shop policies e.g. B. for returns, exchanges and custom-made products. Your business policies must comply with local laws and EGGREE policies.
3. Use accurate descriptions and photos when listing products.
4.Provide accurate and reasonable processing times or delivery dates.
5. Cooperation with research carried out by EGGREE. If information is required, fill out the requested information. Refund or void any transactions marked as invalid or unauthorized by EGGREE.
2. Order Eligibility Requirements
Follow these steps to ensure your orders are covered by the EGGREE Seller Protection Policy:
1. Ship the order according to the listed processing time or shipping date or according to what has been agreed with EGGREE
2.Ship the order only to the address provided in the EGGREE account. If the buyer sends you a different address in Messenger, it may be a scam or scam, so be careful. You can cancel and refund the order and ask the buyer to buy the product with the correct shipping address.
3. Mark orders as shipped after sending them for delivery.
4.Provide authentic proof of delivery such as tracking ID number showing the route and progress of the delivery.
3. Items and transactions are not eligible
Any transaction or item will be deemed ineligible for Seller Protection if the order has been processed, even after EGGREE has advised it is fraudulent, void or under investigation.
4.Seller Protection Advantage
If your business, and specifically the order, qualifies for Seller Protection, EGGREE will assist you in resolving non-delivery, not-as-described and chargeback cases. We may ask you for more information in order to provide you with the best possible assistance. For non-delivery, not-as-described and chargeback cases, you must respond to inquiries within 3 calendar days or within the timeframe specified by EGGREE. If you are unable to provide us with the required information, we may not be able to assist you in the event of a dispute. Please remember that we cannot guarantee a resolution of the dispute in your favor.
Sanctions Policy
EGGREE provides a direct connection between buyers and sellers around the world. If you use the services of EGGREE, regardless of your location, you are responsible for compliance with this policy.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree to this policy and everything mentioned in our Terms of Service.

EGGREE members also need to be aware of the involvement of third party payment processors such as PayPal in the transactions. These third parties monitor transactions to ensure compliance with their policies and may block any transaction if they believe it violates their policies. EGGREE has no authority over the decisions of these independent payment processors.
Economic sanctions and trade restrictions on the use of our services may change over time, so users should check the sanctions resources regularly to stay up to date. For legal advice, please consult a professional.
Limitation of Liability
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT TO THE FULL EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW SHALL EGGREE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR UNDER ANY LEGAL OR CONCERNING THEORY, WHETHER IN COMMERCIAL, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF EGGREE HAS BEEN ADVISED OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE OR INJURY CAUSED BY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTION, DETECTION, DEFECTS, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PERSONNEL , COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, COMPUTER VIRUSES, FILE CORRUPTION, COMMUNICATION FAILURE, NETWORK OR SYSTEM FAILURE, THEFT, DESTRUCTION, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION, LOSS OF USE OF ANY RECORDS OR DATA, OR OTHER MATERIAL OR INTANGIBLE LOSS. SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING, TO THE FULL EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW, EGGREE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES PAID BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE EGGREE SITES IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE EGGREE SITES IN THE PERIODS OF SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE EXCEED FEES ON WHICH THE CLAIM ARISED.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT TO THE FULL EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW EGGREE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY SELLER (INCLUDING A MARKETPLACE MERCHANT), BUYER, OR OTHER USERS OF THE EGGREE SITES.
